Oat Biscuit

Many of you who've tasted Linda's homemade biscuits have asked for the recipe and so here it is.



100g. Self Raising Flour 75g. Rolled Oats
25g. Coconut
100g. Sugar
100g. Margerine
¼ teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tablespoon Golden Syrup
1 tablespoon Water

1. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, oats, coconut, sugar and bicarbonate of soda.
2. Melt the margarine, syrup and water and pour onto dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3. Divide mixture into 20, roll into balls and place on two greased
baking sheets.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180c.
